Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na Przebudowie ul. Jaśminowej na odcinku od ul. Bzowej do al. Róż, zgodnie z dokumentacja projektową. Zakres robót obejmuje przebudowę jezdni, budowę zjazdów i chodnika, budowę odwodnienia, budowę oświetlenia, prace zieleniarskie oraz organizację ruchu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SIWZ oraz w dok. projektowej. Zamawiający, stosownie do art. 29 ust. 3a ustawy Pzp, wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę na podst. umowy o pracę osób wykonujących czynności w zakresie realizacji zamówienia, których wykonanie zawiera cechy stosunku pracy określone w art. 22 §1 ustawy z 26.6.1974 r. – Kodeks pracy, tj. osób wykonujących prace w branży drogowej.
