Description

Wolters Kluwer biedt een compleet content pakket bestaande uit titels waarvan Wolters Kluwer de enige rechthebbende is. Er is geen andere onderneming in Nederland die hetzelfde content pakket aanbiedt. Tevens is er geen licentiehouder die dezelfde content mag produceren/uitgeven. Er zijn aldus geen concurrerende marktpartijen. Daarmee is het pakket van Wolters Kluwer exclusief. Omdat er geen andere marktpartijen zijn, kan het overheidsorgaan de opdracht aan Wolters Kluwer gunnen. De overeenkomst kan tussen partijen worden uitonderhandeld zonder de aanbestedingsprocedure te doorlopen. Circa 150.000 tot 200.000,- euro excl BTW per jaar.
