The future contractor will contribute / direct its activities always in the pursuit of the most effective solution from the point of view of the Construction, among other things, by actively coordinating the design and implementation of the Construction from the position of the performance of the construction-technical supervision of the investor, by being able to search for the risks associated with the construction and effectively prevent them, by assessing and dealing with changes to the Construction in a responsible manner, by providing the investor with adequate and adequate information on the progress of the preparation and implementation of the Construction. For the provision of fulfillment will use persons with adequate education, experience, valid privileges and managerial knowledge.
