Description

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste after processing under code 20 03 07 – bulky waste up to a maximum of 750 Mg in the period from the date of signature of the contract to 30 June 2026. Both the total and monthly amount of waste transferred to the contractor selected in the tendering procedure will depend on the amount of waste delivered to the Municipal Installation – Waste sorting plant in Działdowo from residents from the area of the Ecological Association of Municipalities ‘Działdowszczyzna’. The waste will be collected successively from the Municipal Installation - Sorting Plant in Działdowo, ul. Industrial 61 in the amount of up to 125 Mg per month. The collection of waste under code 20 03 07 should be carried out in such a way that the waste is collected within a time limit set by both parties concerned. Waste should be collected within one day in quantities of 50 to 75 tonnes. This is due to the need to substitute a loader for loading waste to the Sorting Plant, the idea is to maximize the collection of waste and with a relatively short time commitment of the loader to export the accumulated bulky waste at a given moment. The waste with code 20 03 07 which is the subject of the contract remains in its entirety and there is no technical possibility of its fragmentation in the Sorting Plant.
