Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of public services, namely the provision of scheduled urban bus transport services (hereinafter referred to as ‘MHD’) on the routes listed in Annex 3 to the Tender Document. Services must be provided by a technically suitable city bus with at least two doors for entry and exit with a width of at least 110 cm with a capacity of at least 25 seats, including the necessary technical basis - a backup bus of a similar type of urban or intercity design, which will meet the requirements specified in Decree of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic No 269/2024 Coll. - as compensation in the event of failure of the original bus (even if they are included in another type of transport, but can be used as a temporary replacement. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the stops listed in Annex 3 to the Tender Document.
