The subject of the contract is the delivery and integration of a complex psychometric testing tool, analysis, creation and adaptation of an algorithm to recommend suitable clusters of occupations (or specific occupations), its deployment into operation, as well as the creation of output reports, the delivery of relevant documentation for testing, training and the provision of operational and application support for the provided tests. The psychometric tool will allow for the diagnosis of personality, level of competences – abilities, skills, interests, needs and potential of the workforce for national projects (hereinafter referred to as “NP”) Digital Counsellor and Activation of young NEETs for the digital age The tool will provide tailor-made recommendations for suitable clusters of occupations and specific occupations (hereinafter referred to as “solution”) based on the results of testing through the developed algorithm in the output report, thus supporting the career development of the project participants and their adaptation to changing labour market demands. Through the results of testing, the solution contributes to acquaintance with the individual's level of competence and career potential. At the same time, the solution contributes to changes in perception and opens up new opportunities for these individuals.
