The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of services consisting of a comprehensive organisation of a study trip entitled “Time for Development – Time for Ecology” from 27.4.2015 to 30.4.2015
The Contractor will provide:
1. Recruitment of a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 30 participants from among farm advisors, agricultural school teachers and members of the Local Action Groups.
2. A qualified student pilot from 27.4.2015 to 30.4.2015.
3. on 27.4.2015:
— accommodation with breakfast for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants in a bed/hotel or other equivalent facility, in rooms 2 or 3 persons (including at least two single rooms), with a separate sanitary node in each room and internet access between 27 April 2015 and 28 April 2015 within the administrative boundaries of the district of pruszkowski;
4. on 28.4.2015:
(1) coach/bus transport (with air-conditioning, heating and a space for hand luggage) for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants at 8:00 – from the place of accommodation within the administrative boundaries of the district of pruszkowski (if required by the participants in the departure, a journey through Warsaw to remove persons not using an overnight stay – a coach car park under the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw (defilad 1, 00-901 Warsaw)) to the place of accommodation within the administrative boundaries of the district of siemiatycki, and to the study visits indicated below and back to the place of accommodation within the administrative boundaries of the district of siemiatycki,
(2) study visit at 1 p.m. 12:00-15:00 on the ‘Ziołowy Zakatek’ holding, address: Koryciny 71, 17-315 Grodzisk Podlaskie Province and the person(s) who will give lectures on the following topics:
— obtaining RDP 2007-2013 funds for development – experience and actions implemented;
— organic farming experience,

(3) lunch for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants on the course of the study visit around one hour. 15:00, consisting of at least two hot dishes, including soup and a second dish (two types of meat dishes and vegetarian dish), cold and hot drinks and desserts,
(4) study visit at a.m. 16:30-19:00 at the ‘Dary Natura’ processing plant, address: Corycine 71,
17-315 Podlaskie Province Grodzisk and the person(s) who will give lectures on the following topics:
— experience in obtaining entitlements for organic processing,
— organic processing technology,
— marketing of organic products,
(5) dinner for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants on the course of the study visit around one hour. 19:00, including hot snacks and fasteners, cold and hot drinks,
(6) accommodation for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants with breakfast in a bed/hotel or other equivalent facility in rooms 2 or 3 persons (including at least two single rooms), with a separate sanitary node in each room and internet access between 28.4.2015 and 29.4.2015 within the administrative boundaries of the district of siemiatyc.
5. on 29.4.2015:
(1) coach/bus transport (with air-conditioning, heating and a space for hand luggage) with a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants from the place of accommodation within the administrative boundaries of the district of siemiaty to the study visits indicated below, then to the place of accommodation within the administrative boundaries of the city of Lublin or not more than 20 km from Lublin,
(2) study visit at 1 p.m. 9:30-11:30 at the ‘Cukiernia Zaniewicz’ production plant, address: UL. November 4, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski and the person(s) who will give lectures on the following topics:
— cooperation in the cluster initiative,
— the marketing of organic products with the support of EU funds;
— obtaining and renewing a food quality certificate,
(3) study visit at 1 p.m. 12:30-15:00 on the Urszula organic farm and processing plant

— EU funding,
— organic processing, marketing of organic products,
(5) lunch for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants on the course of the study visit around one hour. 15:00, consisting of at least two hot dishes, including soup and a second dish (two types of meat dishes and vegetarian dish), cold and hot drinks and desserts,
(6) dinner for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants in the place of accommodation approximately one hour. 19:00-20:00, including hot snacks and fasteners, cold and hot drinks,
(7) accommodation for a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 30 participants with breakfast in a bed/hotel or other equivalent facility in rooms 2 or 3 persons (including at least two single rooms) with a separate sanitary node in each room and internet access, between 29.4.2015 and 30.4.2015 within the administrative boundaries of the city of Lublin or no more than 20 km from Lublin.
6. on 30.4.2015
(1) coach/bus transport (with air-conditioning, heating and a space for hand luggage) with a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants from the place of accommodation within the administrative boundaries of the city of Lublin or no more than 20 km from Lublin to the place of the study visit, then to Warsaw – a coach car park near the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw (Defilad 1, 00-901 Warsaw);
(2) Coffee service at the site of the study visit at around one hour. 9:45-10:00, of which: coffee, tea, juices, mineral water, cakes,
(3) study visit at 1 p.m. 10:00-14:00 in the Organic Food Valley Cluster, address: IUNG PIB ul. Chzartoryskie 8, 24-100 Puławy and the person(s) who will give lectures on the following topics:
— the experience of the members of the Cluster – building mutual relations and cooperation arrangements,
— experience in creating inter-industry links,
— prospects for the development of the organic sector,
— organic farming under the CAP 2014-2020;
— summary of study visits – lessons to be learnt,
(4) lunch for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants on the course of the study visit at around one hour. 14:00, consisting of at least two hot dishes, including soup and a second dish (two types of meat dishes and vegetarian dish), cold and hot drinks and desserts.
7. TPL and NNW insurance for a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 30 participants between 27 April 2015 and 30 April 2015, a minimum value of PLN 6000/s.
Note:
Participants shall not bear any costs related to their participation in the study trip. All benefits under the scheme shall be provided by the Contractor himself.
The contractor shall indicate in the tender the names and addresses of the premises where the accommodation will be provided.
