Description

The contracting entity intends to carry out the procurement of design services, project verification, supervision of works by authorized site managers and technical consultancy for technical-edilitary constructions for: - making connections and connections; - realization/extension of water and canal networks; Rehabilitation works for buildings and/or water and canal installations. Specialty studies required in the design activity specific to technical-edilitary networks; Design services for drawing up P.A.C., P.A.D., P.O.E. approval documentation, P.Th. and D.E. for modernization, rehabilitation and current or capital repairs of constructions and related installations for technical-edilitary works; Technical Assistance services from the designer during the technical-edilitation works; Conducting surveys/measurements for existing networks under the management of ACI-Ilfov. The deadline set for economic operators for requests for clarification under Article 173 of Law No 99/2016 is 20 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The contracting entity shall respond to requests for clarifications before the deadline for submission of tenders by 11 days, in accordance with Article 172(2) of Law No 99/2016.
