1. The subject of the competition is to develop an architectural and spatial concept for the new facility of the District Police Headquarters in Kolo. 2. The aim of the competition is to select the best competition work concerning the concept referred to in point 1 and an invitation pursuant to Art. 1 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law of its Author(s) to be negotiated under a single-source contract, in order to award a contract, the subject of which will be: 2.1) preparation of full-discipline design and costing documentation on the basis of a given competition work, together with obtaining all opinions, arrangements and decisions; 2.2) performing author's supervision during the implementation of this investment carried out on the basis of the documentation referred to in point 2.1). 3. The material scope of the competition works and the manner of its presentation are specified in point 9 of the Competition Rules, which is posted on the website at the address indicated in point 5.1.11 of this Announcement.
