Description

The LNVG awards a contract for the conduct of the investigation in accordance with Sections 32 and33 of the EBO and modernisation and retrofitting work on 24 diesel engines of the type Ebo LINT 41 (sogenante HU XL). Vehicles shall be withdrawn from circulation for the purpose of carrying out the test, modernisation and retrofitting. The components requiring modernisation will be replaced by modern components. In order to carry out the investigation, the Federal Railway Authority (EBA) must approve the components and subsystems of the vehicle.
