Description

The subject of the contract is the repair of defects and damage of local, but also of flatness of a smaller scale in the abrasive, load and underlay layer of the asphalt road cover. The aim is an operational repair within the framework of routine maintenance, which temporarily ensures the maintenance of the roadability until the implementation of a large-scale repair or reconstruction of the road by replacing the damaged asphalt road cover with new asphalt concrete. The contract includes repairs of minor local and area road defects with an area of up to 1000 m2 in accordance with the requirements arising from the current needs of the road manager. These are repairs of bumps, potholes, blisters, corrugated surface of communications, repairs of longitudinal tracks, surface deformations of the road, sweating of the asphalt surface, loss of macrotexture, replacement of abraded surface, washed surface, repair of caverns, decays, transverse and longitudinal irregularities on the road. Repairs of defects and damage also include replacement, height adjustment and structural repair of sewage shafts, entrances and hatches, application of reinforcing elements (glass fiber geogrids for reinforcing asphalt layers), delivery and structural repair of concrete curbs, paving and paving on road edges, on pavements, in circular junctions and in dividing islets. The works must comply with the applicable legislation and technical regulations of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic. The costs of disposal of the waste generated must be included in the prices of individual activities in accordance with the provisions of Act No 79/2015, as amended. All construction work must be carried out in accordance with current regulations and standards.
