Framework contract for legionella control services
This contract concerns a framework contract for the provision of legionella control services. This includes both the execution of planned and urgent samplings, the drawing up and/or updating of management plans and associated management measures, the provision of training and expertise, etc. This contract is a service contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21° of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The contracting authority acts as a central purchasing body within the meaning of Article 2(6) of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement, in respect of the entities referred to in 1.2.1 (the ‘contractors’).
