In order to continue or launch naturalistic studies and obtain the necessary environmental authorisations for AZUR's UAE projects located in the natural environment, the purpose of this framework agreement is to: - Conduct terrestrial and aquatic naturalistic studies and expertise (outside the marine environment) to take biodiversity issues into account in projects; - To prepare regulatory studies: naturalistic aspects of regulatory studies (impact studies, water law, case-by-case study, etc.), Natura 2000 impact studies, VNEI file, application for derogation of protected species. - To accompany EAU d'AZUR during the investigation of cases with the authorities
