1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na dozorowaniu budynków i lokali, tj. zapewnieniu ochrony fizycznej osób i mienia oraz monitorowaniu sygnałów lokalnych systemów alarmowych wraz z podejmowaniem interwencji w budynkach i lokalach Urzędu Miasta Krakowa w latach 2025-2028, zgodnie z załącznikami nr 1A lub 1B i 2A lub 2B do umowy oraz z zapisami umowy. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają umowy wraz z załącznikami.
