Description

The town hall Eschenbach is a two-storey steep roof building, in the core of 1570 with parallel extension to the north from the beginning of the 19th century. Jhdt. The city administration is currently spread over several properties, some of which are rented by third parties. The historical main building divides the strongly rising city square into an upper and lower area. Both areas are upgraded near the town hall by redesigning the public areas. The inner structure of the town hall is divided by the fact that located on one side, an access corridor serves the southern administrative rooms. This structure is present both on the ground floor and on the ground floor. Only in the gable areas are the mayor's room to the west, to the east the town hall hall, adjoining rooms and staircase are located in the 2-storey annex of the 19th century. Jhdt. This extension sits on a previous building and serves above all to accommodate various ancillary room functions. For example, a transformer station and the heating system are housed in the partial basement area. Toilets, stairwell and small meeting rooms are inserted on the ground floor and first floor. The historical development was completely abandoned during previous renovations. The internal staircase of the construction period was also removed and functionally replaced by an unclosed staircase. In the DG there is a councillor's room. The current expansion situation does not allow all room functions in the building to be mapped. Therefore, the vacancy property Marktplatz 41 (residential building) was acquired and is to serve in the future as an annex of the town hall with administrative units. The aim is to map the administrative functions of the city of Eschenbach in a spatial context or in a structural context. For this purpose, a procurement procedure for architectural services is currently underway. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
