Description

Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die Ausarbeitung eines Transformationsplans nach BEW Modul 1 als besondere Leistung und HOAI Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2-9 technische Ausrüstung" (AG 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 und 8) nach § 55 HOAI 2021 (Energieerzeugung) zum Vorhaben "Wärmenetz Marina-Quartier". Der Transformationsplan umfasst gemäß den Vorgaben der BEW nicht nur die Wärmeerzeugung im Wärmenetz, sondern muss das Wärmeversorgungssystem vollständig inkl. Wärmeleitungen und Wärmekunden betrachten. Die dafür notwendigen Untersuchungen sind Bestandteil der besonderen Leistungen für die Erstellung eines Transformationsplans.
