The procurement consists of a Combined Reactor-Mass Spectrometer System within the project ‘Romanian Hydrogen and New Energy Technologies Hub – Ro-HydroHub’ SMIS Code 351358 Timeline for replying to requests for clarifications According to Articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, in compliance with the deadline set by the contracting authority in the contract notice.
