1. Name of the contract: ‘Reception and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate located in Sector II of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica’. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services: 1) collection of municipal waste from inhabited and non-inhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated, from sector II of the city of Świdnica within the meaning of the resolution referred to in paragraph. 7 below, 2) waste management referred to in point 1), 3) performance of services and obligations related to the services referred to in point 1) and 2) indicated in the procurement documents. 3. The scope of the contract includes the provision of services classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary into categories (CPV codes): 1) 90511000-2 Waste disposal services 2) 90500000-2 Waste-related services 3) 90512000-9 Waste transport services 4) 90513100-7 Domestic waste disposal services 5) 90514000-3 Waste recycling services 6) 90533000-2 Waste management services 4. The subject-matter of the contract covers the provision of services for all residential properties, i.e. those in which there is at least one premises in which at least one resident resides and all non-residential properties on which municipal waste is generated, located in sector II of the city of Świdnica and remaining in the local system for ensuring the collection of municipal waste. 5. The contracting authority estimates that within sector II of the city of Świdnica: 1) They live OK. 18 620 inhabitants, 2) there are about 563 inhabited properties, of which 356 are single-family properties, 3) there are about 259 uninhabited properties, 4) as part of the service provided, over a period of 12 months, a total of 7 495,00 Mg of municipal waste will be collected and disposed of from sector II of the city of Świdnica. 6.
