Description

Toulouse Métropole envisage de regrouper l'ensemble des ateliers du Théâtre du Capitole sur un lieu unique. Les travaux porteront sur:
— la création d'une tour de montage;
— la création d'environ 8 300 m2 de plancher accueillant les lieux de dépôt des décors, des costumes, des ateliers couture, des locaux de répétition et de vie du chœur ainsi que diverses surfaces professionnelles.
Lieu(x) d'exécution: rue Jean Rodier — 31400 Toulouse. Le montant maximal de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est fixé à 11 500 000 EUR HT (valeur juillet 2019) hors mobilier. Concours restreint sur esquisse pour l'attribution d'un marché de maîtrise d'œuvre en application des articles R. 2162-15 à R. 2162-21 du code de la commande publique.
