1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accessories for medical equipment for UCK in the assortment, quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The accessories offered must meet the limit conditions set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit conditions set out in Annex 3 to the CVT will result in the rejection of the tender. 3. The supply of accessories will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 7 working days from the date of placing the order. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the Department of Medical Apparatus UCK, ul. Smoluchowski 17.
