Description

With this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to contract one Contractor, who will provide Broker Services. The service consists of all flexible External hiring, such as secondments and the hiring of self-employed persons and supervises the provision of temporary Staff for all departments of the municipality of Vlaardingen. The work/assignments are divided into domains within the municipality; Social Domain and Services, Physical Domain, Concern and Operations. . Basically, the services requested consist of: • Finding suitable candidates; • Conclusion of agreements between the Broker and suitable Candidates; • Executing contract management of external hire staff; • Managing the risks associated with external hiring.
