Die Stadt München beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines Actionsportzentrums in der Erna-Eckstein-
Straße. Das geplante Baufeld befindet sich westlich der Erna-Eckstein-Straße, im Norden befindet sich eine Erschließungsstraße, welche nur vom Actionsportzentrum und der Kita / Jugendfreizeit genutzt werden soll. Im Süden verlaufen die Bahngleise der Stammstrecke zwischen Pasing und Hauptbahnhof.
