Poland-Krakow: Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work

The subject-matter of the contract covers the area defined by the design and industry documentation of the STWiOR (Annex 1 to the ToR), covering: — reconstruction of the premises of the V floor in the existing south-east and middle wing; extension of the 5th floor of the southern wing with an external corridor; —the superstructure of the south-west part of the V floor; construction of machinery spaces on the 6th floor; construction of freight and passenger lifts to be installed in newly built elevator shafts; — demolition of the existing floor and construction of a new foothold above floor 5 in part of the southern wing. The subject-matter of the contract covers the execution of general construction and installation works for: (a) construction and construction: dismantling and demolition, construction of the outer walls of the extended floor façade, new construction of ceilings and floors, construction of new engine room extensions, new partitions (including masonry partitions, partitions finished with steel panels, partitions finished with glass panels, partitions finished with HPL panels, partitions finished with HPL panels, slide walls) plasters, windows, interior and exterior parapets, doors, walls and doors for fire, new flooring and floor coverings, suspended ceilings, floor coverings, wall coverings and ceramic tiles on walls and floors, painting, installation of check-rails and corners and bed limiters; (b) the assembly of two cargo cranes and one passenger with the construction of new lift shafts; (C) installation: central heating, water and sewage systems for mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning with ventilation and air conditioning switches, including: medical oxygen, compressed medical air, compressed air for propulsion, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, argon, medical vacuum; (D) electrical installations: power supply, lighting, socket-outlets, strengths, supply of lifts, ventilation and air conditioning, emergency power supply and power generators; (e) teletechnical installations: installation of computer, feeder, fire-fighting network including DSO, telephone, access control, surveillance television, video-phone, utility television, (f) technological: supply and installation of fixed equipment inextricably linked to construction and installation works, including fixed housing of medical and social furniture, ceiling columns, washer-disinfectors, diagnostic and operating lamps, inspection station system, electronic patient documentation, video recording and video-monitoring. The total total surface area of the premises covered by the contract is approx. 1 883.84 m² and the volume is approx. 7 504.75 m³. The scope of the work covered by this contract is precisely defined by the project documentation together with the industry STWiOR. The description of the subject-matter of the contract is the design documentation, together with the industry technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works and in accordance with Annex 1 to the ToR.
