Description

Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodzie 19 12 10 – odpady palne z Instalacji Komunalnej Inneko Sp. z o.o. w Gorzowie Wlkp., ul. Małyszyńska 180 - frakcja do 35 mm o kaloryczności w przedziale 20-22 GJ i zawartości chloru do 0,8 % w ilości do 7 540 Mg (transport po stronie Wykonawcy). Zamawiającemu przysługuje uprawnienie do skorzystania z prawa opcji poprzez zobowiązanie Wykonawcy do odbioru, przyjęcia i zagospodarowania, w okresie obowiązywania umowy odpadów w ilości do 1 508 Mg (20% wielkości zamówienia podstawowego). Szczegółowy zakres praw i obowiązków Wykonawcy reguluje Wzór Umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ).
