Description

De scope van de opdracht betreft: • Levering van een kernassortiment aan kruidenierwaren ten behoeve van COA-locaties; • Disposables, zoals servetten en roerstaafjes; • De Levering van een ruim, flexibel, duurzaam en seizoensgebonden assortiment waaruit gekozen kan worden wanneer speciale aangelegenheden (Pasen, Sinterklaas, Kerst) of evenementen daarom vragen; • De Levering van een assortiment voedingsmiddelen (maaltijdcomponenten en verse artikelen) aan AMV-Locaties van het COA.Deze voedingsmiddelen worden regelmatig als activiteit (boodschappen doen) lokaal gekocht, maar kunnen ook door Locaties onder deze Raamovereenkomst worden besteld; • In uitzonderlijke gevallen valt ook het leveren van diepvriesmaaltijden aan nader aan te wijzen locaties van Opdrachtgever ook onder de scope van de Opdracht. Op basis van de voornoemde historische data gaat het COA uit een gemiddelde jaarlijkse uitgave van € 2.500.000,- exclusief btw. Op basis van de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst raamt het COA de waarde van de Opdracht op: €10.000.000 exclusief btw.
