Description

BWI GmbH (‘BWI’): "BWI") is considering a framework agreement for the temporary transfer of licenses (subscription) including software maintenance and support services for the software "ArcGIS" of the manufacturer ESRI Deutschland GmbH (hereinafter: "ESRI"), further software maintenance and support services already provided by the customer Bundeswehr (hereinafter: "Customer" or "Bw") and now provided to BWI licenses for the software "ArcGIS", as well as services (basic package Esri Enterprise Advantage Program, Premium Support International Annual Subscription Unlimited Incidents Two (2) Authorized Callers, training, support in the field of "Standard Application Software Product Families (hereinafter: "SASPF") and ESRI ArcGIS)) in the amount of EUR 8,800,000.00 (net) (ceiling EUR 13,200,000.00 net) in the context of a negotiated procedure without participation competition pursuant to Section 14(4)(2)(c) VgV. The framework contract is concluded with a maximum duration of 4 years (1 year basic term, with a 3-time extension option of 1 year each). The temporary provision (rent in the form of subscription) of licenses for the ESRI software including software maintenance and support as well as software maintenance and support for the ESRI software product already in use will be procured.
