Description

The subject of the public procurement procedure is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system pursuant to the provisions of Sections 58 to 61 of Act No 343/2015 on public procurement and amending certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Public Procurement Act’, in the appropriate grammatical form) using the restricted procedure (hereinafter referred to as the ‘DNS’). The DNS will be used to award contracts for the purchase and supply of goods normally available on the market, namely pumps for the pumping of drinking water for supplying the population with public water supply. The specific scope of the subject-matter of individual contracts awarded through the established DNS, the detailed specification of the subject-matter of individual contracts, the place of delivery, delivery deadlines and other commercial conditions for the delivery of the subject-matter of individual contracts, as well as other additional information, will be specified in the Invitations to Tender, which will be sent simultaneously to all candidates included in the DNS via the JOSEPHINE 2.3 system (hereinafter referred to as ‘JOSEPHINE’). Detailed information is provided in the tender documents for the establishment of the DNS.
