The project management tasks concern studies and the carrying out of asbestos removal, curing and demolition works on two office buildings on all levels and earthworks, including constraints relating to any pollution of the land.
The scope of intervention concerns:
— Danone building: located at 51 rue Marjolin and 126 at 132 rue Jules Guesde in horses, the building is classified as Grand Height Building type Ghw1. Elevated on 3 basement levels for the main use of private car park, the building consists of a 15-storey IGH building. The overall floor area is 56,175 square metres;
— ‘impots’ building: building set consisting of 3 interdependent buildings forming an ‘H’ and high on 3 basement levels for private parking use. The buildings are broken down as follows:
Building A located at 136 at 142 rue Jules Guesde, raised on 9 floors, with an approximate surface area per level of 1 000 square metres;
Building B: comprising the main entrance since 90/92 rue Baudin, raised on 9 floors, with an approximate surface area per level of 700 square metres;
Building C: located at 53 to 57 rue Marjolin, raised on 9 floors, with an approximate surface area per level of 1 000 square metres.
The overall floor area is 58 374 square metres.
