Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wraz z wniesieniem do Apteki Szpitalnej produktu leczniczego w asortymencie i ilościach wyszczególnionych w Załączniku nr 2 do IDW - Formularz asortymentowo - ilościowy.
2. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi spełniać wymagania Zamawiającego wymienione w Formularzu asortymentowo-ilościowym, być fabrycznie nowy i gotowy do użytkowania zgodnie z przeznaczeniem bez dokonywania dodatkowych zakupów.
3. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania, jako produkt leczniczy (dotyczy tylko leków).
