Description

Stara, the City of Helsinki Construction Services Business, is requesting your tender for HKL-Kuntenten maintenance rodent asphalt on the HKL network and in HKL’s stops and yards from 1 May to 30 November 2020, in accordance with this invitation to tender and the accompanying documents. The contract notice was sent for publication on 10 February 2020.
The procurement will take the form of a single contract based on the unit price and will be carried out by a single (1) contractor.
The amounts set out in the tender documents are estimates of future works and the contract does not constitute a fixed purchase obligation for the subscriber. The final amount of work can be either lower or higher than those estimated at the stage of the invitation to tender, and the unit prices are not affected by changes in the quantities (derogation YSE 1998, § 45).
The procurement will be used for HKL-maintenance and the provisional quantity has been estimated on that basis. The contractor has no exclusive right to produce the works to be procured.
