Description

Since 2012, the former ‘Haus der Jugend Flachsland’ has housed the non-profit working group for Puppenspiel e.V. as a Hamburg puppet theatre. An AECOM report from 2019 is available for the refurbishment needs of the roof and partition, energy-efficient refurbishment and use-specific refurbishment of the Haus Flachsland. Until 2025, the property was shared with the Hamburg Conservatory. Due to the exodus of the Hamburg Conservatory, the previously unusable areas in the low-rise building as well as the apartment on the upper floor are now available to the Hamburg Puppet Theatre for the expansion of its playing operations. As part of the refurbishment of the listed house Flachsland, the new user requirements associated with the expansion of the area are to be realized on the one hand and the current refurbishment needs of the building are to be remedied on the other. Current needs include the refurbishment of the existing building structure, the production of barrier-free access, the modernisation of the outdoor areas and the modernisation of technical building equipment. The planning services of the project required in this procedure are contracted in stages. The commissioning is carried out in 3 stages, whereby the individual service phases are divided into the stages as follows: Stage 1: Phases 1-4 (basic assessment, preliminary planning, design planning and approval planning). Stage 2: Performance phases 5 – 8 (implementation planning, preparation of the award, participation in the award and property monitoring – construction supervision and documentation). Stage 3: Performance phase 9 (object support). The contract will be awarded to Level 1. The commissioning of the further service phases is carried out in stages and optionally.
