Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of storage services for vehicles and/or car parts secured by the Police for procedural purposes, with the exception of the cases referred to in Articles 50a and 130a of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251) within the area of operation of a given Police unit in a guarded car park. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 8 lots: Part I - KPP Goleniów Part II - KPP Gryfice Part III - KPP Kamień Pom. Part IV - KMP Koszalin Part V - KPP Łobez Part VI - KPP Szczecinek Part VII - KPP Świdwin Part VIII - KPP Świnoujście 3. The contracting authority shall allow tenders to be submitted for all lots of the contract. 4. The scope, size, quantity and requirements for the order were specified in the price calculation forms, which constitute Annex No 2.1-2.8 to the FTZ for parts of the order, respectively. 6. Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract and payment of the subject of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute, respectively, for part of the contract, Annex No 6.1 - 6.8 to the FTZ.
