DPC_2504 Procurement of Institutional Medicines
For the South-Pest Centrum Hospital - National Institute of Hematology and Infection, as the managing county hospital and the Budapest Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Hospital and Clinic under its control, the Budapest Jahn Ferenc South-Pest Hospital and Clinic, and the Ceglédi Toldy Ferenc Hospital and Clinic city hospitals, the Contracting Entity wishes to purchase various medicinal products for a period of 12 months from the Public Procurement Act. On the basis of a framework agreement concluded with several tenderers pursuant to Section 104(3). The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be 12 months, which may be extended once by a unilateral declaration of the Contracting Authority for an additional period of 12 months. The procedure is carried out by the Kbt. Pursuant to Section 29 (1), the South-Pest Centrum Hospital - National Institute of Hematology and Infectious Diseases manages it for itself, and as proxy for the Budapest Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Hospital and Clinic, the Budapest Jahn Ferenc South-Pest Hospital and Clinic, and the Ceglédi Toldy Ferenc Hospital and Clinic as proxy. The contract(s) resulting from the procedure shall be concluded and performed by the South Pest Centrum Hospital - National Institute of Hematology and Infection, the Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Hospital and Clinic of Budapest, the Jahn Ferenc South Pest Hospital and Clinic of Budapest and the Toldy Ferenc Hospital and Clinic of Ceglédi. In this Call for Proposals (AK) refers to the South Pest Central Hospital - National Institute of Hematology and Infection, the Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Hospital and Clinic of Budapest, the Jahn Ferenc South Pest Hospital and Clinic of Budapest and the Toldy Ferenc Hospital and Clinic of Cegléd. The Kbt. Pursuant to Article 105(2)(b), under the conditions laid down in the framework agreement referred to in Article 104(3), the second part of the framework agreement procedure shall take place by direct order by the contracting authority or by the reopening of competition.
