Poland-Łęczna: Laboratory reagents
3.1 The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of tests, substrates and reagents to the place indicated by SP ZOZ w Łęńska, code CPV 33.69.65.00-0. A detailed list of product ranges is set out in Annex 2 attached to the ToR.
3.2. The whole range should have documents showing release for free circulation in Poland
3.3.The set should offer all the items listed. Failure to fill in any of the items in the set will result in the tender being rejected.
3.4. The subject matter of the contract is to be new, authorised on the basis of the applicable law and to comply with any requirements laid down by law, in particular the Medical Devices Act of 20.5.2010 (Journal of Laws 2015, item 876), free from any physical or legal defects and have a validity period on the day of delivery – see Annex 2 to the ToR.
3.5. The technical parameters set out in the Annexes are to be considered as a model meeting the minimum requirements. The elements proposed by the Contractors shall not be less than those given as a model.
3.6. In the event of doubts concerning the products offered with the requirements of the description of the subject-matter of the contract, the contracting authority reserves the possibility to ask the Contractors to submit samples free of charge of the products offered, to confirm compliance with the conditions in the procedure.
