Alver kommune (Alver Municipality) invites tenderers to participate in a contest in connection with entering into service concession contracts for the purchase of practical service assistance organised as user-controlled personal assistance (UPA). This means that users who have decisions about UPA can choose a private supplier among various approved applicants (user choice), as an alternative to the municipality as a supplier.
Therefore Alver Municipality invites applicants to seek award of concession to supply assistance hours in the UPA scheme for users in the municipality.
