Description

The subject of the public contract is the purchase and construction of electric charging stations for electric buses in the following locations: Bus station – Mlinska ulica, Jadranska ulica, Marprom workshops – ob Dravi and Tezenska doberva. Given the scale of the project and taking into account the envisaged co-financing from the CTN mechanism, for which the contracting authority has not yet signed a co-financing contract at the time of publication of the public contract, the contracting authority does not have the funds for all the necessary construction works at the Marprom – ob Dravi workshop site (complete arrangement of car parks) and therefore does not tender these works at this stage. The contracting authority envisages carrying out construction work at the Marprom - ob Dravi workshop site (complete arrangement of car parks) in the coming years. Since Article 46(5) ZJN-3 allows for the use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication in the case of public contracts for new works consisting of the repetition of similar works and in conformity with the basic project, the costs of these subsequent works are included in the calculation of the estimated value of the basic public contract, the contracting authority reserves the right to carry out this procedure for the award of works at the Marprom-Ob Dravi workshop site (complete arrangement of parking facilities). In this case, the tenderer awarded the contract will be invited to submit a tender. The tenderer must offer full performance of the contract. Partial offers will not be considered. Variable offers are not allowed.
