1. The subject of the contract is the supply of two vehicles in the unmarked police version of the KOMBI-VAN type, hereinafter referred to as vehicles in the SWZ. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Chapter I. XIX SWZ and Annex 4 to SWZ. 3. The Contractor will be obliged to provide for each delivered vehicle a minimum 24-month warranty and a guarantee without a mileage limit, except that for: 1) mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle on which the bodywork was built – for a period of at least 36 months without a mileage limit or at least 36 months with a mileage limit of at least 100 000 km, 2) paint coating – for a period of at least 36 months, 3) perforation of body elements – for a period of at least 72 months, 4) priority signalling of the vehicle – for a period of at least 24 months, - counted from the date on which the Parties signed the acceptance protocol without comments. In the event that the manufacturer's warranty is shorter than the minimum required by the Ordering Party, the warranty granted by the Contractor will be binding on the Parties. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of variants or partial tenders. 5. The Contracting Authority allows the performance of part of the contract to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 6. The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and indicate the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 7. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the Tender Form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - (point. II) - energy consumption in litres in mixed conditions of the offered vehicle, mass of the vehicle and maximum net engine power. If the Contractor does not enter the above-mentioned information, the Contracting Authority will not award points in the tender evaluation criteria: the mass ratio of the base vehicle to the maximum net engine power and the energy consumption in litres per 100 km under mixed conditions. 8. The Contracting Authority requests that the means of proof in question be submitted together with the tender to confirm that the vehicles offered comply with the requirements set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract for the procedure in question, i.e.: (1) the EC certificate of conformity of the base vehicle; 2) a document containing a detailed description of the offered vehicle, e.g. an official catalogue issued by the vehicle manufacturer / importer, indicating individual technical data and equipment of the offered base vehicle. 9. The contracting authority will accept equivalent means of proof if they confirm that the vehicles offered meet the requirements/criteria specified by the contracting authority. 10. If the Contractor fails to submit the evidence in question or the evidence in question is incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall not call for it to be submitted or completed within the prescribed period. The contracting authority informs that it will not call for the submission or completion of the evidence in question, because the evidence in question serves to confirm compliance with the criteria set out in the description of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders or if, despite the submission of the evidence in question, the tender is rejected or there are grounds for cancelling the procedure. 11. The Contracting Authority may require the Contractors to explain the content of the means of proof in question. 12. If the evidence in question is in a foreign language, the Contracting Authority requires that it be submitted together with a translation into Polish. 13.
