Description

Per 30-06-2023 verloopt de Raamovereenkomst Smartcard expertise en dienstverlening. De RDW wenst (deels) soortgelijke dienstverlening opnieuw te contracteren middels een nieuw af te sluiten Raamovereenkomst. De gevraagde dienstverlening betreft de volgende kennisgebieden:
1. Kentekencard gerelateerde activiteiten:
- electronic Vehicle registration (eVR);
- mobile vehicle registration (mVR);
- digitaal CVO
2. Rijbewijscard gerelateerde activiteiten:
- eID;
- ontwikkeling op tachograaf;
- mobile driver license;
- electronic Driver License (eDL).
3. Overige activiteiten
- Boordcomputer taxi;
- Secure elements in voertuigen;
- De ontwikkeling van wallet (nationaal en Europees) waar mobiele documenten in bewaard kunnen worden;
- Overige mobiele documenten;
- Ondersteuning en review PKI gerelateerde werkzaamheden voor de mobiele documenten en smartcards.
