The purpose of this call for competition is to choose:
— the insurance intermediary (s) (General Agent or Courier) who will be responsible for placing contracts for managing them and settling claims,
— the mutual insurance company (s) or mutual insurance company (s) without intermediaries which will cover the various insurance risks of the Armor Coastal Management Centre.
The Armor Coastal Management Centre, represented by its chairman, is carrying out this consultation with a view to concluding a group insurance contract open to optional membership pursuant to Articles L.141-1 et seq. of the Insurance Code guaranteeing the financial risks linked to the statutory social protection of the territorial staff of local authorities and public establishments of the Côtes d’Armor pursuant to Article 26 of Law No 84-53 of 26.1.1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the territorial civil service and Decree No 86-552 of 14.3.1986.
Local authorities and public institutions belonging to the Centre for the Management of the Territorial Public Service of the Coasts of Armor, employing fewer than 31 employees affiliated to the CNRACL.
Part 1: local authorities and public institutions are members of the Armor Regional Public Service Management Centre, employing more than 30 employees affiliated to the CNRACL.
Part 2: insurance of permanent staff or trainees not affiliated to the CNRACL and non-permanent staff affiliated to the Ircantec of the local authorities and public institutions belonging to the Centre for the Administration of the Territorial Public Service of Côtes d’Armor.
