Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstających na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych i domków letniskowych objętych systemem gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi położonych na terenie gminy Trzemeszno.
Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwie części:
Część I. Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstałych na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych i domków letniskowych objętych systemem odbioru odpadów komunalnych na terenie gminy Trzemeszno.
Część II. Zagospodarowanie odpadów dostarczanych do Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (SOPZ) zawiera załącznik nr 7 do specyfikacji istotnych warunków zamówienia.
Dla części I wymagane jest aby wykonawca widniał na liście funkcjonujących instalacji spełniających wymagania dla instalacji komunalnych prowadzonej w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej Marszałka Województwa zgodnie z art. 38b ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz.U. z 2019 r. poz. 701).
