Description

The former pub, which was discovered in 1890 & 1892, will be rehabilitated:
The building and its future use must be integrated into a plan for the plant forest. It is not clear that a specific use is currently being made. An excursion point is assumed.
The building is to be rehabilitated for rental & development with all media. The spatial arrangement from the archive plans and/or the inventory will be assumed as the basis for the renovation. The planning is planned to start in the first quarter of 2016, and the planning is planned for the second quarter of 2018.
The services will be tendered in 2 lots:
Lot 1: Part 3 Object planning, Section 1. Buildings and indoor spaces, § 34, Annex 10 LPhen 1-9.
Lot 2: according to HOAI 2013, Part 4, Technical Planning, Section 2. Technical equipment, § 55, Annex 15, LPhen 1-9 + Energy consultants.
First, LPHens 1-3 are commissioned. Delegation of LPhen 4-9 is reserved.
