Description

The art collection in question consists of about 18 main positions. These include a number of subheadings.
A quantity of the exhibits or recommended packaging expenses can be found in the Annex ‘Objektliste_AdA’.
These quantities, including the specifications drawn up in accordance with the Annex (‘Tender Specifications_AdA’), as well as the packaging requirements specified in the list of objects, form the basis for calculating the offer with regard to transport crates, packaging material, packaging services, removal and introduction services, transport and other ancillary services.
The planned transport routes as well as the necessary measures for logistical solutions within (wind protection) and in front of the buildings (weather tent) including the various possibilities of application and installation (ramps) are determined by mutual agreement between the client and the contractor.
The coordination of the access roads to the client's buildings is carried out jointly.
For the access permits of the contractor's vehicles to the contracting authority's buildings and areas, the contracting authority shall ensure that transport issues in the public transport sector (establishment of no-hold zones) are clarified by the tenderer with the competent road traffic authorities.
Obtaining all necessary authority approvals, including the necessary costs, shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. At the request of the client, the relevant permits must be submitted for inspection.
The Contractor shall, if necessary, ensure that the roads in front of the loading and unloading points are kept clear of parking traffic, moving traffic and other objects which may impede transport for the duration of the transport work at the relevant services. The client is not liable for service life of the contractor in relation to violations by third parties of the non-compliance with road traffic regulations (vehicles in the no-hold zones or the like)
All relevant costs incurred by the contractor for the preparation and planning of the action must be stated in the tender and included in the tender price, in accordance with the provisions currently in place.
The client, together with the contractor, draws up all the necessary transport documents (scheduling and organisation planning)
During the relocation, short status meetings (maximum 1/2 hour) are held daily at the specified times, in which the contractor participates by his project manager (team leader or representative). The costs for this project support during the move must be included in the offer price.
