Description

The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation wants to enter a contract for an overall evaluation of the implementation of the Norwegian municipal and county council elections 2019. The contract can be divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1: the evaluation of the Norwegian Directorate of Elections' services
The objective of the evaluation is to assess the quality of the services provided by the Norwegian Directorate of Elections to municipalities and counties in relation to the implementation of the electoral process.
The evaluation shall be delivered in the form of a report that shall be completed by 15.12.2019.
Lot 2: surveys regarding the implementation of the electoral process
The objective of the survey is to obtain statistics related to how the municipalities and counties implemented the Norwegian Municipal and County Council Elections 2019.
