The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of food divided into 9 parts, i.e. dairy products, meat, food products, bread, baby products, eggs, fish, frozen foods, fresh vegetables and fruits to nine facilities of the Municipal Nursery Complex in Lublin, corresponding in detail to the industry standards of the general commercial standard specified in the applicable law. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the price estimate constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 4.2.1. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted (for each lot, i.e. for 9 lots). A partial tender is considered to be a tender submitted for the full assortment for a given part. For each lot, a separate contract will be signed with the Contractor whose tender has obtained the highest number of points.The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of submitting partial tenders for one or more of the lots listed in these specifications, the number of lots 9. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of incomplete (partial) tenders within a given lot. 4.4. The Contracting Authority does not specify the maximum number of lots for which the Contractor may submit a tender. The Contracting Authority agrees that the Contractor may submit a tender for all or some of the lots at the Contractor's choice. The Ordering Party undertakes to purchase 60% of the value of the subject of the contract, the purchase of the remaining 40% will depend on its own needs, which cannot be the basis for claims on the part of the Contractor for the unfulfilled part of the contract, to which the Contractor agrees.
