Description

Scottish Water wishes to engage a number of legal firms regulated by the Law Society of Scotland to support Scottish Water’s in-house legal team to deliver a range of litigation services to Scottish Water and its subsidiaries.
Scottish Water intends to award contracts under this framework through five services. They are as follows:
• the provision of litigation services;
• the provision of alternative dispute resolution services;
• the provision of employment advice and litigation services;
• the provision of health and safety advice and litigation services;
• the provision of debt recovery litigation services.
