Development of design documentation for the construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes in the city of Łódź – 17 parts
4.1 The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the construction of walking and cycling routes, bicycle crossings and adaptation of traffic lights to the needs of cyclists in the city of Łódź along with all arrangements, permits and notifications enabling the implementation of works for the following 17 parts: 4.1.1 Part 1 – Development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the pedestrian crossing with regard to the addition of a bicycle crossing on ul. Sowińskiego, 4.1.2 Part 2 – Development of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-bike route on ul. Pabianicka, 4.1.3 Part 3 – Development of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-bike route on ul. Strykowska, 4.1.4 Part 4 – Development of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-bike route on ul. Western, 4.1.5 Part 5 – Development of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-bike route on ul. Zgierska, 4.1.6 Part 6 – Development of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-bike route on ul. Paradnej, 4.1.7 Part 7 – Development of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-bike route on ul. Retkińska, 4.1.15 Part 15 – Development of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian-bike route on ul. Pomorskie, 4.1.16 Part 16 – Development of design documentation for the reconstruction of pedestrian crossings with regard to the addition of bicycle crossings and adaptation of the existing traffic lights to the needs of cyclists at ul. Tatrzańska, 4.1.17 Part 17 – Development of design documentation for the reconstruction of pedestrian crossings in the scope of adding bicycle crossings along with adapting the existing traffic lights to the needs of cyclists on ul. Konstantynowska, 4.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex No 1 to the FTZ and in the model contract (Annex No 8 to the FTZ). 40.1 The Ordering Party does not provide for: 40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement; 40.1.2. submission of variants; 40.1.3. settlement in foreign currencies; 40.1.4. electronic auction; 40.1.5. reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings; 40.1.6. the requirement or possibility of submitting tenders in the form of electronic catalogues or attaching electronic catalogues to the tender; 40.1.7. on-site inspection by the Contractor or verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot from the Contracting Authority; 40.1.8. award of the contract under the right of option. 40.2 The Ordering Party provides: 40.2.1. the possibility of awarding contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services on the basis of 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Act in the amount of up to 100% of the value of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition, applies to all parts of the contract in accordance with point 27 of the FTZ. 16.7 In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the procedure in question if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The tender shall consist of the following documents: 15.1 Tender form – prepared according to the model – Annex 2 to the FTZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature). 15.2 Declaration by the Contractor on the grounds for exclusion from Article 5k of Regulation 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine and Article 7 para. 1 of the Act on special arrangements for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security submitted on the basis of Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the model constituting Annex 5a to the SWZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature). In the case of contractors jointly applying for a contract, this declaration is submitted by each of these contractors (also applies to partners in a civil law partnership). 15.3 Statement by the Entity providing resources on the grounds for exclusion from Article 5k of Regulation 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine and Article 7(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine 1 of the Act on special arrangements for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting national security submitted on the basis of Art. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the model constituting Annex 5b to the SWZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature). 15.4 Power of attorney for the person(s) signing the tender, if the tender is signed by a representative (if applicable). 15.5 Commitment of the entity making its resources available to the Contractor submitting the tender (if applicable - draft commitment Annex 9 to the FTZ) or other subjective means of proof that the Contractor will have at his disposal the necessary resources of these entities when performing the contract (signed with a qualified electronic signature). 15.6 Declaration on the allocation of responsibilities during the performance of the contract (if applicable) – draft declaration Annex 10 to the FTZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature). cd. in the FTZ
