Description

The subject of this contract is the provision of 55, 30 and 60 coaches with drivers for the transport of children and/or adulterated. It shall be concluded for a period from 1.1.2012 to 31.12.2012 and shall be renewable, by express renewal, for successive periods of one year, but not exceeding four (4) years in total. It will end no later than 31.12.2015.
The contract is awarded at unit prices, on the basis of the services actually performed and the unit price schedule. The contract is awarded and the services will be the subject of order forms, which may vary within the following annual limits, in accordance with Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code:
Lot 1: mini = EUR 90 000 excl. tax – maxi = EUR 184 000 (excl. tax),
Lot 2: mini = EUR 35 000 excl. tax – maxi = EUR 100 000 (excl. tax),
Lot 3: mini = EUR 20 000 excl. tax – maxi = EUR 130 000 (excl. tax),
Lot 4: mini = EUR 8 000 excl. tax – maxi = EUR 40 000 (excl. tax).
The City of Aubervilliers is committed, over the entire duration of the contract, only on the annual minimum amount.
The maximum amount fixed in the contract shall not confer any right on the Contractor and shall not in any way bind the City of Aubervilliers.
