Description

The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity in the tender documents) requests your tender for the supervision work of the demanding housing project in Peltola (hereinafter referred to as the Project in the tender documents) in accordance with the contract notice, the invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. The main objectives of site supervision are to ensure the conformity of project implementation with the contract, to prevent errors and problems, and to ensure the realisation of temporal and financial objectives. According to the approved plan for the organisation of social welfare and health care in the North Ostrobothnia wellbeing services county, the aim is to increase the production of demanding daytime activities, short-term care and resident places for round-the-clock housing. In the Peltola demanding housing project, a 15-seat round-the-clock housing unit and a 15-seat short-term care unit will be implemented. The starting point for the planning of the operations and facilities of the special services centre for the care of persons with intellectual disabilities is to take into account the individual characteristics and needs of persons with intellectual disabilities. The aim of the planning is to ensure that the facilities of the service centre for specialised services requiring care for the mentally disabled support customer-oriented operations in accordance with the operating concept. The scope of the project is approximately 2,500 brm2. The indicative timetable for the project is as follows: - Tender phase 02-06/2025 (contractor selection) - Development phase 06-09/2025 - Construction phase 10/2025-2/2027 - Response and commissioning phase 12/2026-2/2027 - Plating and fitting out 02-03/2027 - Warranty period 03/2027-03/2030 Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
