Description

The subject of the contract is regular cleaning and irregular cleaning consisting in the provision of services on a total area of 8 214.59 m2 (without balconies and terraces 7 382.81 m2) as follows: - Cleaning and disinfection works, cleaning of the common areas, patient and client rooms, corridors, staircases, meeting rooms, communication areas, sanitary facilities and kitchenettes in the areas of Pavilion A and Pavilion B, carried out regularly, every day according to the sanitation programmes between 6.00 and 17.00, with at least one employee of the tenderer being available at this time in each pavilion for the contracting authority for unplanned events that may occur to patients and clients of the contracting authority. - Special purpose premises (checkout and server rooms) will be cleaned at the time of the presence of the staff concerned by mutual agreement - Regular cleaning services in the offices will be carried out on working days outside working hours, i.e. until 7 a.m. or from 3.30 p.m. Changes to the cleaning time may only be made with the agreement of the contracting authority, which must be in writing. - Total area of cleaned area 8 214.59 m2, without balconies and terraces 7 382.81 m2 - Cleaning services will use certified ecological cleaning and disinfectants effective against COVID 19 according to EN 14476+A2:2020. - The tenderer will use the contracting authority's water and electricity free of charge in the performance of the subject of the contract; this fact must be calculated in the price for the subject of the contract.
