The foundations, including the pilot and the retaining wall, are reinforced concrete. The hall and vestibule has a galvanized steel frame construction. The balcony at the level of the existing hall and vestibule will consist of a concrete slab on a steel structure and columns. The staircase's gonna be a jury. The doors will be sectional, insulated with an electric drive. The door will be aluminum. The outer shell will be based on a concrete threshold with insulation and will be made of light panels of sheet-mineral wool-sheet, as well as the roof. In the vestibule, the roof of a small gradient will be complemented by a roofing film for flat roofs. In the training hall there will be fire mains, gas pipeline to heating units, electricity to lighting, sockets and sports equipment. The connection of the fire main will be in the corridor of the existing hall by the elevator. In order to reduce pressure losses, a new pipeline will be established in the existing route from the HUP. The gas meter and connection of the existing gas boiler in the hall will be in the existing location. Electricity will be connected in the substation of the existing hall. Heating and ventilation will be provided by four heating and ventilation units (Sahary) 29.8kW. The air outlet from the hall area is provided by a fan of 8000 m3/h with ducting to ensure uniformity of the outlet.
